Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to avail alternative remedy of filing an appeal as provided under Rule 59 of the UP Revenue Code, 2016.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if appeal is filed within 15 days from today, the concerned competent authority shall treat the appeal to have been filed within limitation and decide the same on its own merit.
