Saravanabava ...Respondents Prayer:- This Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 & 2 to produce the body of the detenue the petitioner's wife Durga, aged about 23 years, now under the custody of the fourth respondent and set the detenue at liberty forthwith.

Pursuant to the intervention of this Court as well as the learned counsel appearing on either side, the remaining differences/disputes of the parties also stood resolved to their mutual satisfaction.
2. In that view of the matter, we do not consider any further necessity to deal with this Habeas Corpus Petition except observing that both the parties stand at full liberty and work out their respective rights/obligations, if any, persisting against each other by taking recourse to a Court of competent jurisdiction, otherwise for the present all the controversies and disputes stand resolved suitably and appropriately as consented to by both sides.
With this, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed.
