Heard learned counsel for the applicants, Sri Jagdish Prasad Tripathi, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicants, Subash, Umesh and Dinesh, in Complaint Case No. 221 of 2017, under Sections- 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station- Pathara Bazar, District- Siddharth Nagar.
The applicants have approached this Court praying for grant of anticipatory bail after filing Application U/S 482 Nos. 30162 of 2019 and 43420 of 2019 before this Court. The orders have not been annexed with the anticipatory bail application.
Learned counsel for the informant has placed the aforesaid orders before this Court.
On account of material concealment of fact on the part of the applicants, this anticipatory bail application deserves to be rejected.
It is accordingly, rejected.
