With the consent of the counsels for the respective parties the petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 4- Tehsildar (Judicial), Robertsganj, Sonebhadra to take a decision on the application filed by the petitioner in pursuance of the order passed by this Court in Writ - C No. - 37052 of 2017 dated 19.08.2017 and conclude the proceeding under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, in accordance with law, positively within a period of two months from the date the certified copy of this order is produced by the petitioner before him.
The petition is disposed of.
