JUDGMENT / ORDER

The south eastern corner of Sy. No. 409/6 has necessarily to be fixed for the Taluk Surveyor to complete the measurement. There can be no objection for a direction to be issued in this regard to the Superintendent of Survey and Land Records, Collectorate, Ernakulam as sought by the petitioner.
2. The south eastern corner is a pivotal point on the basis of which other boundaries can be ascertained after measurement. The court below erred in turning down the request of the petitioners in this regard and Ext.P5 order impugned in this Original Petition is set aside.
3. I however make it clear that the parties can file an additional work memo to the Advocate Commissioner at the time of executing the work.
The Original Petition is disposed of.
