Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the records.
When the mutation proceedings were decided on 01.02.2010, the Respondent Nos.4 and 5 filed an Appeal being Appeal No.37 of 2010, under Section 210 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act. A prayer has been made for a direction that the said Appeal be expeditiously decided within a stipulated period of time.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid Appeal.
Without entering into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Appeal being Appeal No.37 of 2010, under Section 210 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, be decided unless there is any legal impediment, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. The copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
