JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioners apprehend arrest by the Thrissur West Police. 2. Learned Public Prosecutor on instruction submitted that the Thrissur West Police have not registered any case against the petitioners. Nor are the petitioners required for any purpose in that Police station.
3. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners also.
4. In the light of the above, the petitioners cannot have any apprehension of arrest now.
The application is closed without prejudice to the petitioners moving again in case of any genuine apprehension of arrest in future.
