Mr.Deep D. Vyas, learned advocate appearing for the respondents, states that as the PRC charges are not paid, the application of the petitioners for building use is not processed by the respondent-Corporation.
Respondent-Corporation shall file an affidavit stating and indicating, under which provisions of the Bombay Provincial Municipal Corporations Act, 1949 and/or GDCR, as applicable to the City of Ahmedabad, empowers the respondent-Corporation to withheld building use permission, if other charges that the petitioners are liable to pay are not paid.
To enable the learned advocate for the petitioners to file appropriate affidavit, S.O. to 13.12.2012.
