JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh, in view of the fact that the application filed by the petitioner for recognition seems to have been rejected by the 2nd respondent on certain technical objections . Leave is granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh, if the cause of action survives.
