It is represented by Sri S. Niranjan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner that pending the writ petition, the petitioner assigned the debts in favour of M/s.Girija Investments Private Limited, on 20.12.2007 and in view of the same, there is no need to further adjudicate the matter.
Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
