JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, a memo dated 06.11.2017 has been filed by the learned Official Liquidator stating that the ex-Directors have also given clarification to the letter of the Official Liquidator dated 18.01.2017.

2.In such view of the matter and after going through the memo, this Court is of the view that no further order is required. The company petition stands disposed of, with liberty to the learned Official Liquidator to file such other application, if so required.
