The order in E.A. No. 1112/2006 in E.P. No. 340/2004 in O.S. No. 230/2002 has been impugned in A.S. No. 121/2014 accompanied by I.A. No. 1927/2014 for stay. The petitioner apprehends dispossession even before the interlocutory application for stay is considered.
2. I direct the Court of the District Judge of Trissur to dispose of I.A. No. 1927/2014 in A.S. No. 121/2014 at the earliest. The petitioner shall not be dispossessed from the property pursuant to the order in E.P. No. 340/2004 in O.S. No. 230/2002 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge of Irinjalakuda in the meanwhile.
The Original Petition is disposed of.
