JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:
“a) Issue a writ in the nature of certiorari or such other appropriate writ, order or direction calling for the records leading upto the issuance of Exhibits P2, P7 and P9 to P14 bills and quash the same in view of Exts.P1 and P5;
b) direct the respondents to refund the amount paid by the petitioner in pursuance of Ext.P7 with interest without further delay;
c) declare that the X-ray unit and the Ayurveda Section (C.No.2490 & C.22633 respectively) attached to the Petitioner Hospital is also entitled to get tariff exemption in view of Exts.P1 and P5;
d) direct the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P17 in the light of Exts.P1 and P5 after hearing the petitioner; pending disposal of the Writ Petition.”
2. In response to Exts.P6 and P16 served upon the petitioner, the petitioner had moved the 3rd respondent by filing Ext.P17 'statement of objections'.
3. Heard the learned standing counsel appearing for respondetns.

4. In the above circumstance, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.17, in accordance with law, after hearing to the petitioner at the earliest, at any rate within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
Coercive proceedings, if any, shall be kept in abeyance till such time.
