The petitioner challenges the restriction of time to tipper lorries, which was effected by Ext.P2 order. The learned Government Pleader submits that, the said order issued on 15.12.2012 has been modified by an order issued on 17.02.2014. In such circumstance, leaving open the remedies of the petitioner to challenge the said order, the writ petition would stand closed.
