Ext.P22 is the application submitted by the petitioner before the second respondent for grant of Plus 2 course. In view of the Division Bench judgment of this Court in W.A.No.1341/2013, dated 11/04/2014, respondents are bound to consider Ext.P22 application in accordance with the directions in the said judgment.
2. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the judgment in W.A.No.1341/2013 along with a copy of this judgment before the respondents for compliance. The needful shall be done within a period of two weeks from the date of production of a copy of this judgment.
This writ petition is disposed of as above.
