JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not wish to proceed with the writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
2. Mrs.R.Swarnalatha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the implead petitioner (petitioner in W.M.P.No.23152 of 2017) submits that the implead petition may be allowed. However, since the writ petition is being dismissed, no order need be passed on the implead petition, which shall also stand dismissed.
3. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.14862 and 23152 of 2017 are dismissed.
