In this writ petition the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to consider his application for allotment of plus two course to his School. His application Ext.P1 is dated 17.06.2013 and it is stated that no action has been taken in the said application.
2. I have heard the learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents.
3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P1 application within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
