JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner participated in Clay Modeling competition in the district level. The petitioner stood 13th position. The petitioner challenged before the Appellate Authority-second respondent. The petitioner submits that results of the appeal has been published. It is submitted that it was published before without giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
In view of the above, the petitioner shall be heard by the Appellate Authority on 25.11.2014 and the Appellate Authority shall pass appropriate orders.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
