Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State.
The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to direct the Addl. Civil Judge (S.D.)/Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhansi to decide the Criminal Case No. 229 of 2015, arising out of Case Crime No. 859 of 2009 under Sections- 147, 504, 427 IPC, Police Station- Navabad, District- Jhansi.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that charge sheet has been submitted on 31.05.2009 and till date even the charges have not been framed.
Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending for long and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
