JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S. NAGAMUTHU,J.,) The petitioner is the mother of one Antony@Anto. According to the petitioner, Antony@Anto the alleged occurrence on 09.03.2016, the detention order passed against her son is false case. In the above circumstances being aggrieved by the impugned order of detention and having left with no other speedy remedy. Hence, the petitioner has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instruction would submit that the period of detention has already been expired. The said statement is recorded.
3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
