Petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. 2. According to the petitioner, he is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.498 of 2014 of Sulthan Bathery Police Station, Wayanad.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.
4. The investigating Officer has reported that the investigation so far conducted has not revealed any offence against the present petitioner and that the police have no intention at present to place the petitioner under arrest in connection with any non-bailable offence. The above submission is recorded.
In case the police wants to arrest the petitioner in connection with any non-bailable offence relating to the -2-
B.A. No. 7857 of 2014 crime, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity to approach this court once again under Section 438 Cr.P.C. With the said observation, this Bail Application is closed.
