JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Mr.
Meena has requested for two days' time to place on record the affidavit on behalf of respondent No.2 GIDC. On the condition that the affidavit shall be filed on or before 22.6.2012. The request is granted.
2. At the request of Mr. Meena, learned advocate for respondent No.2 GIDC, the hearing is adjourned to 6.7.2012.
3. If the affidavit is not filed within the aforesaid time limit, the same shall not be thereafter accepted on record and respondent No.2 GIDC may also be visited with costs for this adjournment.
4. Ad-interim relief, if any, to continue until 6.7.2012.
