ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed to quash FIR No.22 of 2012 of Ongole I Town Police Station for the alleged offence under Sections 498-A and 506 IPC read with Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
Heard both sides.
Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that police on investigation referred the complaint as false as per final report dated 17.01.2013.
Considering the representation of learned Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous as police after investigation referred the case as false.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions if any pending consideration in this Criminal petition shall stand closed.
