O R D E R Heard learned counsel for the petitioner in Crl.P.No.1195/2019. Learned counsel for the petitioner in Crl.P.No.8293/2018 is absent.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Crl.P.No.8293/2018 has been filed prior to filing of the charge sheet and subsequently, the said case has been entrusted to him and as such, he has filed Crl.P.No.1195/2019.
In view of the criminal petition filed by the same accused in respect of same relief, criminal petition stands dismissed.
