Pramod Chandra, SPP-II) This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure praying to enlarge the petitioner on bail in Crime No.38/2019 registered by KTJ Nagar Police Station, Davanagere for the offence punishable Sections 323, 324, 354, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of IPC and Sections 3(1)(c), 3(1)(s), 3(1)(w) and 3(2) (v-a) of SC/ST (Power of Attorney) Act.
This Criminal Petition coming on for Orders, this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER Learned counsel Sri. K.N. Lingaraj appearing for Sri. Revanna Bellary submits that the petition has become infructuous and he seeks to withdraw the petition as not pressed. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as not pressed.
2. In view of the dismissal of the petition, I.A.No.1/2019 does not survive for consideration and the same is dismissed.
