JUDGMENT / ORDER

The present application has been filed by the applicant-original respondent no.1 for fixing an early date of hearing on the grounds stated in the application.
Heard learned APP Mr.H.L. Jani for the applicant-State.
In the facts and circumstances, the present application for vacating interim relief cannot be entertained and deserves to be rejected at this stage with a liberty to file such application if the matter is not proceeded within reasonable time of six months. Disposed of accordingly.
