(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) 1.0 On 26th April 2012, the Court issued fresh Notice with bailable warrant in the sum of Rs.5,000/-, returnable today i.e. 3rd May 2012. In response to the said Notice, Ambaram Devjibhai Parmar, aged 50 years as on date, Narsinhbhai Mangabhjai Parmar, aged 47 years, and Mohanbhai Kachrabhai, aged 75 years are present before the Court. They pray for some longer time to enable them to engage an advocate and instruct him so as to represent their case before the Court.
2.0 The request is granted. The matter is adjourned to 14th June 2012. The respondents are explained that they may engage the advocate at the earliest and instruct him so as to be ready and go on with the matter on 14th June 2012.
