Pursuant to the directions of this Court (Coram: Hon'ble Mr.Justice K S Jhaveri) dated 17/02/2011, since no details have been furnished, again the order was passed by this Court (Coram: Hon'ble Mr.Justice R M Chhaya) dated 29/02/2011 extending the time to furnish such details, as a last chance. It is further directed that, if the details were not furnished on the stipulated date, the City Survey Superintendent shall personally remain present before this Court.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader and respondent party-in-person have been heard. Time is being sought to call for a responsible Officer from the department to enable the petitioner to provide all the requisite details.
As there was already a direction earlier, the City Survey Superintendent shall remain personally present on the next date of hearing with all requisite materials. Adjourned to 28/02/2012.
