Learned Government Pleader places on record a copy of communication dated 24.01.2012, whereby the officer concerned, viz. Mr.N.I.Patel, District Registrar, Cooperative Societies (City), Ahmedabad is placed under suspension with immediate effect. His Headquarter is fixed at Himmatnagar, Dist.Sabarkantha.
The matter is adjourned to 30.01.2012.
At the request of the learned Government Pleader, it is clarified that the order of suspension is without prejudice to the rights and contentions of all the parties to the matter.
