(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) Learned counsel, Mr.Tushar Chaudhary, is appearing for respondent no.3. He stated that whatever information respondent no.3 has will be shared by him with the police station and investigation officer concerned and he shall remain personally present before the Court on the next date. Learned APP sought time for locating the missing wife of the petitioner, upon receipt of latest information which his learned counsel is stated to have with him. The petitioner should also remain personally present on 23rd February 2012. S.O. to 23rd February 2012. In the meantime, the investigation officer concerned shall try to locate the corpus and, as far as practicable produce her before this Court on the next date.
