State vs Vikubhai

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) The present application is for leave to prefer appeal against the judgment and order passed by the learned Sessions Judge in Sessions Case No.4/2010, whereby the learned Sessions Judge has acquitted certain accused.

The conviction appeal has been preferred being Criminal Appeal No.1111/2011, which has been admitted. Leave deserves to be granted, therefore, granted.

Application stands disposed of accordingly.
