JUDGMENT / ORDER

Vide order dated 13.12.1994, this Court has admitted the Appeal and also ordered that bailable warrant in the sum of Rs.2,000/- to be issued against the respondent - accused.
Board shows that the Notice is already served upon the respondent - accused.
The matter is old one and listed for final hearing for so many times, but, the respondent did not remain present.
Hence, office is directed to issue fresh bailable warrant in the sum of Rs.5,000/- against the respondent - accused, returnable on 5.7.2012.
