Whether on the facts and in the circumstances of the case, the courts below have erred in holding that the suit was instituted within the period of limitation?
Whether on the facts and in the circumstances of the case, the courts below were justified in holding that the suit is not barred by delay and estoppel?
Whether on the facts and in the circumstances of the case, the courts below have erred in holding that the civil court had jurisdiction to try the case?
