1.0. Present application has been preferred by the applicants-original appellants-original defendants for interim relief to stay the further implementation and operation of the judgment and order passed by both the Courts below.
2.0. Though served, nobody appears on behalf of respondent nos. 1/2, 1/3 and 1/5. Respondent nos. 1/1 and 1 /4 is already ordered to be deleted.
3.0. Considering the fact that main Second Appeal is already admitted and ad -interim relief granted by this Court vide order dated 18.1.2012 is directed to be continued as interim relief till final disposal of main Second Appeal. It will be open for the concerned respondents to submit an appropriate application for fixing early date of hearing, which shall be considered in accordance with law and on merits. Rule is made absolute to the to the aforesaid extent.
