(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The present application is filed seeking condonation of delay wherein Rule was issued as back as on 03.10.2011 returnable on 20.10.2011. Till date respondent no.2 is not served.
The attention of the learned APP is invited to the judgment wherein it is referred to that Mayava Nagraj Rajput, husband of respondent no.2 - Selvi was relative of Venkatraman i.e. respondent no.1 that means so the police to inquire about the present address of Selvi from respondent no.1 and after obtaining the fresh address to effect service to the respondents.
At the request of the learned APP Mr. Patel, the matter is adjourned to 09.07.2012. In the mean time the registry is directed to issue fresh process of Rule on respondent no.2 by effecting Direct Service.
