[1] Learned AGP, Mr.P.P.Banaji for the applicants/appellants has submitted that Civil Application No.6726 of 2012 to Civil Application No.6729 of 2012 with Civil Application No.6731 of 2012, Civil Application No.6733 of 2012 and Civil Application No.6735 of 2012 are filed to condone the delay caused in respective First Appeals involving amount less than Rs.1,00,000/-.
[2] Having heard learned AGP, Mr.P.P.Banaji for the applicants/appellants and also considering the smallness of amount i.e. less than Rs.1,00,000/- involved in these appeals, these appeals are dismissed in limine without entering into the merits of the matter. It is made clear that this order will not be treated as precedent. Decree be drawn accordingly.
[3] As this Court is not entertaining the appeals, Civil Application No.6726 of 2012 to Civil Application No.6729 of 2012 with Civil Application No.6731 of 2012, Civil Application No.6733 of 2012 and Civil Application No.6735 of 2012 for condonation of delay are hereby dismissed.
[4] As far as Civil Application No.6724 of 2012, Civil Application No.6725 of 2012, Civil Application No.6730 of 2012, Civil Application No. 6732 of 2012 and Civil Application No.6734 of 2012 are concerned, Rule returnable on 24.07.2012.
