1. Rule.
Mr. Hasit H. Joshi, learned advocate waives service of Rule for the opponents. With consent of the parties, this application is taken up for hearing today.
2. The applicants have prayed for the following reliefs:-
"A. Your Lordships may be pleased to allow this Civil Application.
B. Your Lordships may be pleased to extend the time limit for deciding the representation of the present opponent dated 07.09.2010, for a further period of two months from the date of receipt of order in the interest of justice.
C. Your lordships may be pleased to pass such other and further order as the nature and circumstances of the case may require."
3. On considering the order dated 5.7.2011 passed by this Court in Civil Application No.6148 of 2011 in Special Civil Application No.12573 of 2004, the prayers cannot be granted as the time has already elapsed. Hence, the Civil Application deserves to be dismissed. However, the applicants are at liberty to file appropriate application after giving better particulars.
4. With these observations, the Civil Application is dismissed. Rule discharged.
