(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) By order dated 20th January 2012, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor was directed to inquire about the whereabouts of the concerned officer, viz. Police Sub Inspector, Samantsinh Shankarsinh Solanki and the place the same on record. The learned APP was also directed to secure presence of accused-Ravjibhai Shabhabhai Parmar.
The learned APP, on instructions, states that Police Sub Inspector, Samantsinh Shankarsinh Solanki has retired and at present he is not keeping good health. It is further stated that he has lost his vision on account of diabetes. The learned APP to place the aforesaid facts by way of an affidavit on record of the case. So far as Ravjibhai Shabhabhai Parmar is concerned the learned APP wants some more time to secure his presence. At his request adjourned to 2nd February 2012.
