(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) Heard learned APP Mr. Patel. Learned APP Mr. Patel invited attention of this Court to the facts of the case and submitted that this is a case wherein the Learned Sessions Judge, Kheda at Nadiad ought not to have imposed only minimum sentence. The learned APP vehemently submitted that this is a case wherein the accused was required to be awarded much severe punishment than which is awarded. The matter requires consideration.
