(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) As one of us (the Hon'ble Mr.Justice G.B. Shah) does not take up the matters of learned advocate Mr.A.D. Shah, the Registry is directed to place the matter before the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice for appropriate orders so as to place the matter before another Division Bench of which the Hon'ble Mr.Justice G.B. Shah is not a member.
