This application under Section 439(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 (in short 'the Code') for cancellation of regular bail granted on 16.05.2012 by the learned 4th (Ad-Hoc) Additional Sessions Judge, Surat in a First Information Report for the offences under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471 and 114 of the Indian Penal Code by considering all relevant papers and other material on record cannot be said to be contrary to the law laid down by the Apex Court in the decision of Sanjay Chandra v. Central Bureau of Investigation [Criminal Appeal No.2178/2011 - Arising out of SLP (Cri.) No.5650/2011] reported in (2012) 1 SCC 40.
In absence of any errors, no case is made out to exercise powers under Section 439(2) of the Code. Hence, the application is devoid of merits and stands rejected.
