JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) 1.0 Though served, respondent Nos. 2 to 4 have not caused any appearance before the Court.
2.0 Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. Pujari requested that fresh notice with bailable warrant be issued to serve them afresh.
3.0 The request is granted. The Registry is directed to issue fresh Notice with bailable warrant in the sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) each, returnable on 3rd May 2012. Direct service is permitted today.
