1. This application has been filed by the applicants (original respondents Nos.1 and 2), with a prayer to grant a further period of time of three months for compliance of the order dated 09.03.2011 passed in Special Civil Application No.15676 of 2010.

When the application is taken-up, today, Mr.Niraj Soni, learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that as the decision has already been taken and the order dated 09.03.2011 has been complied with, the present application has become infructuous. He has tendered a copy of the decision dated 25.01.2012 taken by the Deputy Secretary, pursuant to the order dated 09.03.2011 passed in Special Civil Application No.15676 of 2010, which is taken on the record of the case.
3. Upon the above statement being made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the application is disposed of, as having become infructuous.
