1. Heard Mr.Kabir A.Hathi, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the applicant.
2. Considering the contents of the application, it cannot be said that the delay caused in filing the Miscellaneous Civil Application has remained totally unexplained. Therefore, we are of the view that the delay caused in filing Miscellaneous Civil Application deserves to be condoned. Accordingly, this Miscellaneous Civil Application is allowed. Delay in filing Miscellaneous Civil Application is condoned. OJCA 124 of 2012 is restored to file. The applicant is allowed three weeks' time to remove office objections. List OJCA on 17.8.2012.
