1. The present application is filed by the State seeking condonation of delay of 14 days.

3. The Rule was served on 07.06.2012. Despite service, nobody appears.
4. For the contents of the application and the submissions made by the learned APP Mr. Poojari, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Rule is made absolute.
