1. Heard learned A.G.A. for revisionist and perused the record.
2. This criminal revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C., has been filed aggrieved by order dated 03.02.1989 passed by Second Additional Sessions Judge, Rampur in Session Trial No.
389 of 1988, whereby it has discharged accused-respondent from the offence under Section 20 of Narcotics Act.
3. Despite repeated query, learned A.G.A. appearing for revisionist could not point out any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.
4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
