RULE.
Shri Ashish Dagli, learned advocate waives service of notice of Rule on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 7 - original applicants. With the consent of learned advocates appearing for respective parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case, present application is taken up for final hearing today.
Present application has been preferred by the applicant - State of Gujarat for vacating the ad-interim relief and in the alternative for fixing early date of hearing of the main Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.1137/2008.
Considering the fact that the Rule was made returnable on 20.08.2008 and thereafter for whatever reason the same could not be heard, Registry is directed to notify the main Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.1137/2008 for final hearing on 30th January 2012. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
