Nirmalaben Manubhai Jayswal, respondent party-in-person is present in the Court. She has stated that due to financial condition she is unable to engage lawyer to defend her case. She therefore prays that she may be provided advocate from the Legal Aid. Accordingly office is directed to provide advocate from the penal of Legal Aid.
