(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) The present application is for leave to prefer appeal against the judgment and order passed by the learned Sessions Judge in Sessions Case No.26 of 2009, whereby, certain accused have been acquitted for the offence under Sections 306, 498-A, 114 of IPC read with Sections 3 and 5 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Considering the facts and circumstances, leave deserves to be granted. Therefore, granted. Application disposed of accordingly.
