JUDGMENT / ORDER

By this application - State of Gujarat seeks fixation of an early date of hearing of Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.2789 of 2008 on the ground that the investigation has been stayed vide order dated 4.8.2008.
Having regard to the averments made in the memorandum of application, the application is allowed. Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.2789 of 2008 to be listed for final hearing in the week commencing from 18th June, 2012. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
